Your first point of contact with the Academy will be a member of the Administration Team (Mrs O’Donnell, Mrs Woollard, Mrs Orton, Mrs Rollings, Mrs Flavell).

For queries regarding a student’s education, the first point of contact is the Personal Tutor – please telephone the Academy and we will ensure that your call is directed to the right person. We always aim to respond to queries of this nature within 24 hours, unless a more urgent response is required.

How to Find Us

Travelling by Train

Walking from Tamworth train station should only take you around 12 minutes. Once out of the station take the fourth exit at the roundabout onto Offadrive. Walk up the hill to the traffic lights and turn right onto Upper Gungate. The Academy is around a 10 minute walk up the hill on the right.

The approximate journey times below should give you an idea of how long it takes to reach us by train:

  • Lichfield: 6 minutes
  • Burton on Trent: 11 minutes
  • Nuneaton: 13 minutes
  • Rugeley: 13 minutes
  • Birmingham: 15 minutes
  • Derby: 20 minutes

Travelling by Bus

Staffordshire County Council are introducing a public transport scheme for Under 20’s; a bus pass that’s equivalent to £1 per journey, applicable to school holidays and weekends as well. Further information can be found at the following link:
